Why choose True Health

At True Health and Wellness we have over 18 years of experience working with people on a 1 on 1 basis using several different and very effective modalities to assess and treat clients.  All therapies are client directed and tailored specifically to each person as no protocol fits everyone.  We live what we teach and have gone through our own health struggles. We know what does and doesn’t work when it comes to correcting imbalances in the body.

After dealing with an accident years ago, I turned to trying alternative therapies and one of them being live blood cell analysis with Jennifer Ly.

I knew something was still hampering me for the last year that I could not get past, lack of consistent energy through out the day was one of the issues. I started to see Jennifer 3 months ago and with her guidance with the supplements that were needed to detoxify my body the energy began to return. Thanks Jennifer for your help with the live blood cell analysis as it has helped me get past one of the last hurtles on reclaiming my full health back.

When I started out on my Raw Vegan journey in 2008 Coconut Macaroons was one of the first fancy recipes I made in my Excalibur Dehydrator.  But really they are not fancy at all, they […]
